I had no teacher for almost a semester, someone PLEASE tell me I can do this!!! And any help like summaries of the 'what is history' section wouldn't go astray; i have only 1 period of this subject a week, please help me!!!

How do you have a subject without a teacher?

You should be able to summarise the what is history section quite easily yourself as long as you have an appropriate text book. And there are some decent stuff on the resources page.
