im not sure if people do finish china coin
everybody says its a BORING fic and nobody seems to like it
i dont like it either.....
why is a fic that nobody likes has to be read???

anyways....
anybody find anything SPECIAL, other than boring or journey, that we can talk about?
i really think we should talk about this fic in the way that is not about journey, even if my english teacher didnt suggest me to do that.....

China Coin was not actually my prescribed text, but I finished it...

Umm, my personal opinion: this book is not THAT boring, but it is not that captivating as well...it's just so-so...

Well, the fact that I read it last year made me kind of forget the exact story...
But I think, if u hav to talk about *journey* there are quite a lot inners you can do...

Other than boring/journey: well, the Chinese background is strong (it should be because the setting itself is in China) making plus points for this book. The idea about the separated piece of coin (does my memory get it right?) and the relation with the separated family is the one making this book better (though I guess there are a lot of books with the same theme?)...One thing I think I remember: the way the writer picturized the condition in the square (Tian an men or something) is quite good, the bombing etc....

*Well, it has to be read because it is UR prescibed text >.< sorry...

just cause people you know hated it doesnt mean you will
