Any particular type of discovery? What is your prescribed text?
Songs are not a recommended for most individuals undertaking HSC english. This is because it seems 'simplistic' and unless you are actually analysing the composition i.e beats,instrument and have the technical skill/ ability of a music student you should stay well clear of using songs as related texts.
