i am currently on a sonic youth binge due to finally retrieving ALL of my lost sonic youth. yes, all 249 songs of it

my favourite band!!!!!!! listening to brother james right now off daydream nation

I love going through phases like that with bands, when you don't want to listen to anything but them for days on end.

I've listened to their self-titled EP as well, it was very awesome considering it was only 6 songs or whatever...Burning Spear is classic.

FACTOID - the drummer on their (awesome) first EP was the guy in ferris bueller's day off who takes care of ferris' car while their out in the city.

and yeah, i loves the yoof. even though i hate kim gordon. ruins everything she touches (or at least everything she adds her voice to).
