well eventually it will happen because its a world game and our region is the only one yet to host. Besides there have been heaps of hosts where soccer hasnt been no 1. And on that topic soccer outranks all sports in terms of number of people who play in australia. The main reason its not talked about much is because of the lack of games australia has. The major problem would probably be that sydney and melbourne would be the only adequate areas to hold matches, and thats not enough to play over 30 matches in less than a month
