I suddenly have this strange sadness that i really am BAD at English- even the world i use to describe this are out of my tiny weany vocabulary

Being struck with the feeling of hopelessness is not easy to cope with

Any suggestions on how to stop this 'feeling' from becoming continous-let me rephrase this- HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY ENGLISH??

or maybe i should accept that i'm purer literarily incompetent

see your teacher, they will know what you're having difficulty with and figure out the best way to help you.
remember, your teachers are there to help you, use them as much as possible this year.

Well i feel i know the concepts but i can't write them
I had a test a few days ago and i felt there was a something serious wrong with the way i expressed my ideas- they were so BORING and vague
And i write so slow, i can't say what i want to write
There is this 'disconnection' between be mind and my writing-often i skip even simple word like we, they, it or i'll use the verb form when i intend to write the noun form

Don't feel down on yourself. I've also experienced an "my writing is crap" phase with extension 2 english, and feeling as though what you are writing is bad makes it very hard to improve. Maybe look at your writing (with a teacher if you have a good teacher) and find ways in which you could improve e.g. stronger contentions in essays, better use of quotes/backup, trying to make your point more concise, etc. Then figure out how you will fix it up. When I read stuff I wrote and the end of Yr 11 and stuff I wrote at the end of Yr 12 the difference was quite obvious. You have a whole year before the HSC exams and you will be very surprised at how much your writing will improve over that time because you will be "practicing" all year long.

honestly, if you want to go well in english, you dont really need to be and 'english' type person. what you do need is a decent memory.
the key is planning. for your take home assignments, spend a lot of time on them, making sure you get high marks for them. as for exams, it is easy to prepare your essay or points that you can include in the question. here is where someone who has done the hsc recently can come very handy, for eg- student-tutors.
