He's referring to scam universities.

IUHS claims that anatomy labs don't teach students anything of value and uses that claim to justify conferring "degrees" in medicine after a few years in a classroom.

Their VC also happens to be a testimonial supporter of Dallas Gibson (ICARUS college). Quite a joke really.

I'm just wondering, why point out that the US lists the school as unaccredited? It doesn't seem to be very relevant here, especially when our local accreditation system is so much more stringent - unless that's your point.
