This is a really dumb question. it could be A or B.

A is operational feasibility
B is technical feasibility -.- >.> stupid Board of studies.

I believe the marking guidelines says that the answer is B (which is what I picked). I can't really explain why, but I think its just that B is more explicity than A.

It's still both though. I have seen in previous years that multiple choice have had 2 correct ans in the marking guidelines :/

Though I would think participant qualifications would be part of ensuring participants would be able to handle a new system without undergoing training :/ E.g. if participants had qualifications in computer systems, then they wouldn't need as much training for a new system as compared with a participant that has had no experience with computer information systems.

B is also right as the system analyst has to see what I.T is currently available etc.

B. Computer equipment available is more correct than A. Participants' qualifications.

Their qualifications would include things such as their university degree. This information isn't as important as the computer equipment available in a feasibility study.

Incorrect!, participant training is undertaken in the implementation stage.

The planning for participant training is undertaken in the Planning stage under the feasibility study-operational.

But yes they do evaluate in the Testing, Evaluating & Maintaining, but the question states in the feasibility study. [Planning] stage.
