Has anyone ever used subliminal messaging software such as the one below?

Do they work? How well? Are they dangerous? Or are they simply another scam which does nothing whatsoever?

Doesn't look dangerous, but looks a bit like a scam. It might have good intentions, but I'd be doubtful as to whether that'd actually work. Doesn't look very professional, either.
