erm, how did heinrich hertz find out the wavelengths for radiations using detector by placing it 45 degrees to the emitter and by using superpositions waves

yea... when the found out that the interference pattern's at a maximum, he can decude that the further discance travelled must be a multiple of the wavelenght... neat observation and calculation =)
