It helps to have all the case studies organised under the subsections because the Section IV "essay" question can only be about "one section" of the syllabus (e.g. 'Operations: Role' OR 'Operations: Influences' OR 'Operations: Processes', etc etc).
This is something I made just for the Operations topic (case studies that can be used for each subtopic). There's a good range of different ones, so that the marker doesn't have to read the same Qantas case study again: View attachment Operations - Required Case Studies.pdf
