hmm I know Maq has a B Sci Dip Ed and a B Sci Dip Ed...

but it doesn't really matter....... courses like the above are 4 years.

You can more or less do any standard Bachelor course at uni, then do the Dip Ed part as a Post Grad and its only 1 year for it. So it turns out the same... 3 yrs for the Bachelor of whatever, and a year for the Dip Ed...

Hmm I've thought of teaching, I'll see what happens when I finish my IT degree.... for me, I'd prefer to teach secondary...

i guess it comes down to personal preference and other contributing factors

i'm doing education :). It's up to you weather you would like to teach primary or secondary... they are very different from each other. UTS and UWS education look good, UTS is very practical. Ummm... USYD was ok if you prefer theory stuff rather than practical. If you can get into the Catholic Uni thats good too... because you can teach in catholic/independant/public schools.

primary education at uts, usyd and uws was at about 83 uai. The catholic uni for primary ed was 89.
Ummmmm not sure about secondary teaching... depends on what sort of course you did. Probably the high 70's, early 80's
