Hey guys,
Does anyone have any idea what the literary technique in "Upon who shall he grant shelter under his wing?" is? ("He" is referring to a human)
So far, I know it's a rhetorical quesiton, but I'm also looking for a technique (which I'm sure exists) that encompasses the metaphorical and proverbial impact of the quote.
(did that make sense? soz)
Thanks!
