I was wondering if anyone knew where there are notes on Ted HUghes and Birthday Letters
and what have people used for related material - to get an idea

im so sorry, i had heaps on TH-BL but its all gone, along with all my other hsc stuff
for related material, we used some of plaths poems.

I did have my essays on my comp but I can't find the folder!

they're quite simple actually. Hughes poems are lot less complicated than Plaths, but I only did Hughes.

Birthday letters and related material

hi all,

just a note to say that related material is not limited to just written text. it can be a photo as well. where hughes recites about appearances being deceptive, how a casual observor can be tricked by what is really lurking under a smiley face.... stuff like that. use your imagination peoples!!

P.S - now that i have enlightened you, please help me!! anyone have sample answers to hsc questions for this topic? i really would like to see how a person actually structures a good answer for analysing birthday letter poems.
