On the bright side, Lynn has just advanced one level on the technological scale - her dad taught her how to upload photos onto her computer this morning The reason she has been having difficulty is because a) She did not know exactly how to navigate through the maze of files and folder, and b)... Lynn has not been turning the camera on when she tries to upload photos.

Shame shame shame.
