Temp changes (2 Viewers)

Due to the large influx of people i have disabled a few things to cause less of a strain on the server so hopefully the site is somewhat more accessible to you guys.

I have disabled the following:
* Avatars
* Uploading of new attachments
* displaying of images with a dynamic url (this will stop the attached pictures being displayed when using the IMG tag..
* Images in signatures

I am going to be taking the forum down again at 1am to see if i can tweak it some more.


Remember these are only temp changes...

Is it easy to disable the graphical buttons? That will make it load faster ...

they arnt much of a problem.. as they arnt stored in the actual database so it doesnt really effect the load on the server

That was so funny the other day, I logged onto the Bored Of Studies and one of the threads listed were like "Breast Size" and this is supposed to be an educational site:rofl:.
