would it be alright if i said that Alonso apologises to Prospero at the end?, i know that it is Prospero who apologises but i dont really know how to say that the journey of losing ferdinand affected Alonso for the better (like show some type of proof of this)

any help?

Yes, Alonso does apologise to Prospero. He says in act 5 scene 1 lines 118-9 "thy dukedom i resign, and do entreat thou pardon me my wrongs".

So your point is perfectly valid because Alonso, who had plotted with Antonio when Prospero was usurped, is now overcome with repentance.
