Many people have been telling me that textbook questions are useless and past paper questions are the way better option. Apparently many of the guys who e4 4u don't even do textbook questions and only soley do past papers? is this true ??

also cambridge enrichment and carrotsticks questions are good

Textbook questions first, then hit the past papers. Babysteps. Theres no point doing past papers if u barely know the content. Js don't hang around textbook questions for too long since past papers are more important/effective study, but they are good starters/warmups.
If u need more textbooks, I got a whole google drive of them.
