Does anyone here have any suggestions on texts of your own choosing?

I have my texts but I kind of want to change them because I don't feel confident putting them in the last section of the Area of Study trial. My school marks very strictly (no one ever gets the maximum mark, the average mark is always below 50%).

Any suggestions on some easy texts that have a lot of language / structural features?

my only advice is to pick sophisticated texts. Yes, its been said to death than people can (and have gotten) great mks using "Imagine" and some random comic found the night before the exam or some crap like that but they are exceptions rather than the rule

pick a novel and then a free choice for the 2nd one.

as for the actual, texts, it depends on your AOS, thesis etc etc
