Okay so Ive handed in two seperate TFN declaration forms now, and it stills says on my payslip that I have not provided my TFN, resulting in me getting taxed at the highest possible rate.

Ive spoken to the managers on countless occasions, and they are too stupid/lazy to do anything about the situation, so Ive decided to take things into my own hands.

Who should I speak to? Does the problem lay with my employer or the ATO? I just dont know what to do :eek:
