Yes it will finally be here the fouth season of THE AMAZING RACE will premere in Australia at 10.30PM Wednesday (13/8) on Channel Seven. Should be very good and i hope Seven get their act together and treat this season with respect!

lol yep i need to get a tape before it starts. I regret not taping TAR 1 it was a classic and i missed the first ep of TAR 2 but taped the rest of the seasons.

Sure its a bad timeslot but its way better than the varied saturday timeslot for TAR 2 when eps will be shown at anytime between 11.20pm to 12am and cancelled without notice.

When will seven learn??????????

YAY the Amazing Race...I'm surprised they didn't put it on at 1am or something as spectacularly crap. This is one of the only worthwhile programs to watch on craptastic tv these days.

The best series was the one with Bert & Ernie...geebus they were hilariously bitchy.

Yes, that was odd. I remember some promos for TAR3, but they were late at night (ie: right before it aired) ...

yeah i staretd watching the 1st season and then it got moved to like midnight and i had 2 stop watching it

well i guessed correctly they shaved off like 15 mins from the US version (just over 1 hr excl commercials)

Things that were cut
- Scenes of the planes from the air above the mountains (not impacting)
- Russel and Cindy bicker about sleeping at a bench waiting for their charter bus
- Debra and Steve Sharing a room with Reichen and Chip because Steve thought that the rooms were too expensive and came back finding out no more rooms were taken so the chipsters offered to share.
- David and Jeff mistakingly going for the snow mobiles after finishing the 'rescue' detour thinking that they could use them.
- Jaree being offered a coffee while the cafe called for a cab
-and alot of little details about the teams throughout the leg...

all in all it was a good ep and the cutting didnt effect it too badly.
It was obvious that Deb abd Steve would get eliminated and it didnt matter that they were 'fun' lol.

Good to hear that TAR will be on on both TUES and WED at 10:30 PM
