Studying it for preliminary HSC course and was wondering if anyone could clarify to me how it came up to be?

I'am very much confused! even an overall information on it would be helpful

yeh no worries

the 1/2 opium wars - china/britain ( india minutly)
bascially the 'boxers' didnt like new things, as well as the rest of china. but they were extremists and went to massive lenghts to make sure that nothing 'new' or westernised came into china... basically.ask ur teacher to go over it again if you dont understand it. dont fall behind in this subject, i did and a massive mistake, i never got on top of it.

WW1 is the best subject so simple and really really interesting...

WWI is simple, but to me, it's so boring. All we get is just stalemate, unlike blitzkrieg in WWII :)

i reckon WW1 is fairly interesting. i think its better then the whole 'russian' aspect that im just about to start. but yeh thats me.
