ok ive been at the parramatta uni for nearly 3 years, have always driven my car there but have NEVER had a problem when it comes to fines and such. i have never paid for parking.

ive saved a few hundred dollars so far and unless a real crackdown happens, it will have been worth it.

has anyone ever been booked for this? let me know.

my theory is its all threats and games. unless you park somewhere really obvious (in front of the library) your safe.

not just threats...

plenty of people have been fined... it's just that the likelihood is more if you park in a dodgy way eg across the middle of the actual road parts of the carpark like some morons do...

if you're parked normally and the car park isn't full they usually won't check.. they tend to check on busier days and they tend to check people parked illegally more..

but some friends have been booked who were parked like.. legally... just luck mostly i guess

One day they did though, someone told someone and then the sms's went out, everyone ran out of class to move their cars. Kinda funny
