imo one of the most brilliant UK comedies EVER, and one of my favourite TV shows, watching it takes me back to my childhood....found both seasons on DVD a few days ago im cheering been watching it all day.


ive never met someone who even knew what the young ones was, i got my childhood friends into it ages ago, and my eldest sister was the one who got me into the show. Is anyone else a fan of this cult classic?

rick: and...

neil: thats all

vivian: you might as well ask him to go to bed with you

neil: well any better suggestions

vivian: how about darling

neil: ok....darling bank manager...i want to request an extend on my [whatever]
but i know theres a better way to put it

rick: cut straight to the chase, give us more money you facist pig

neil" ok....'darling bank manager...give us more money you facist pig'

cant remember the other part of that dialogue and those weren't exact quotes

i love when Neil wants to sign the letter 'love neil'

god i love neil!

Rick: 'so whats the answer?'
Neil: 'you just said not to tell you...'
Rick: 'but i only meant for a minute!'
Neil: 'what, a minute from now or a minute from them?
Rick: 'look, just shut up and tell me the answer'
Neil: 'well i cant shut up AND tell you the answer.'
Rick: 'JUST TELL ME THE ANSWER!!!'
