What the title says, especially if you're writing this in a resume???

It's something you show in your interview/group activities rather than what you write on your CV... that being said to show it on your CV, it would be more your activities/experience which would show it- e.g. "Developed good communication skills through dealing with customers at McDonalds and by being actively involved in Toastmaster evenings."
