Transfer from Med Sci Usyd to Med UWS (1 Viewer)

Hi guys, I am currently a first year student studying in Medical Science in Usyd. I plan to transfer to Medic in UWS next year.
However, I only got 5.25 in first semester GPA. Is it still possible to do that?
Will the marks be scaled up as I come from Usyd, which is more competitive than UWS?
