no brainer, if you can get into a similar course do a regular uni course (hecs) then transfer.

insearch you have to pay $$$$, its not a degree, (though you get partial credit), and u still have to transfer anyway. only advantage is probably insearch is less vigorous and thus easier to get better marks... but if you want that option then u may aswell do tafe then transfer
