ok uws has an internal transfer schene... i was wondering whether uts had the same thing... i was thinking of doing eng. for a year about well in it .. then transfer to commerce or business facualty is that possible

UTS had an internal transfer scheme. It was abolished this year in the wake of the Higher Education Reforms. You will now need to apply through UAC.
