Hi, I'm a 2014 HSC student and received disappointing HSC/ATAR results. I was planning on studying Commerce at USYD/UNSW or UTS but my ATAR won't be high enough to gain entry even in the 2nd offer round, so I will be studying Commerce at UOW instead.
I would be looking to transfer due to travel times and was wondering how this worked exactly. As far as I know you need to complete your first year of study before you can start looking at transferring into the 2nd year of Commerce at USYD/UNSW or UTS.
I'm not sure how this works and can't find a great deal of info about it, obviously I'd need to go very well academically and I'm positive I can do so, but just how well will I need to go? Do transfer conditions also vary between different universities? Where can I find out more information about this?
