...was good. i watched it all from sunny dry melbourne, suckers. they awarded the first prize to "pacific", which didnt deserve to win in my opinon. it wasnt too bad, but i really liked "carmichael and shane" and "bubble boy". pacific should have gotten the cinematography award maybe, but not the overall prize.

anyway.
how fucking funny was "tough crowd"!
i almost wet myself...with urine, sydney-ers, not RAIN! hahaha

i also thought the cake pants one was funny, and could get the best comedy award. i think best actor should be the older man from pacific and best actress maybe, i dont know...the woman from "burst", the brunette...there werent really many outstanding female performances.

i thought they were all pretty good, except i didnt like "applause" (too cutesy and artificial) and the "a room with askew" one was like psychological vomit.

i must say though, speaking of vomit, the "carnivore reflux" one tickled my funny bone.

I missed it. Am so sad. Was doing homework...and something else but I can't remember. Some kids from my class went tho, and liked it heaps.

there was also another creepy one called "fishy" that seemed so comical until the very last moment. me and my dramatic brain nearly had a theatrical convention overload...

you would have loved it...we could have made it a magic melbourne outing!
too bad for sucky sydney weather eh?

oh well, the winners will be announced soon and the dvd of the films will be in the age next saturday, so no matter.
