Hey, i kinda need help for this assignment. What type of business entity would Video Ezy clasify as? So far i think its Producer Cooporatives, but I'm not sure. Help.

Aren't they into franchising? I wouldn't classify it as a cooperative, and they definitely aren't a public company.
