hey..... gotta q about the access scheme
I have the centrelink payment under my belt under extreme family breakdown... but i cannot c the criteria for it... does that mean i am not eligble?

i think all you have to do is put financial disadvantage and give them ur centrelink no. and they'll get all the info required from them
