What marks would i need to achieve a UAI of 70 from these subjects??

Chemistry , biology, 2u maths, adv english and business studies

marks you would need...approximately.
maybe all band 4s?
you could afford to have one or 2 band 3s though provided you make up by having a band 5 or something.
try SAM/JUAI and play around with it.
