I am planning on writing the GAMSAT after my undergraduate degree. I was planning on doing Med Science but then a few people told me that it is harder to get a good GPA and also if I don't get into medicine (touch wood) I have to do masters and stuff before I get a decent job.
So whats your opinion of doing a course like Speech pathology / Occupation Therapy where I am more likely to get a job just in case I don't get into medicine.
A few people told me to try biomedical science because there are a lot of job opportunities and the work is really interesting. Does anyone know whether this is true ?
Will I be better of doing biomedical or a course like Speech pathology as an undergraduate degree before medicine ?
