Hello everyone,
I am currently in year 12 and deciding what I am interested in for uni and can't decide which course I would rather do:
Bachelor of economics at UTS or
Bachelor of business (major in economics) with a bachelor in international studies at UTS
I would really love to learn a language alongside my econ degree, but I'm not sure if choosing business with a major in econ would make me less employable for economics based jobs in the workplace. Would doing business be a waste of my time? Should I just choose plain econ?
Thank you

doubt that it would make a huge difference between bachelor of economics and bachelor of business (B economics does have more eco units than a regular B business tho), but u can also learn a language in ur own time, though obviously having all the resources available in a formal class is nice. also international studies involves more than just learning a language, you also have to write a big critical analysis thingy on intercultural relations or do an overseas exchange, just something to keep in mind.
