URGENT - Effectiveness of Child Support Agency (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I need some uregent help on assessing the effectivness of the child support agency.

If anyone has any information on this, or could at least point me in the right direction, i will be eternally grateful and forever in debt.

I have looked at the child support agency website, but cannot find anything useful

I need the information by tomorrow (sunday 29th)

Nowhere is going to directly say 'this is its effectiveness'. You need to form your own opinion, it doesn't matter what that opinion is as long as you back it up with relevant case studies (make them up if you need to) and discuss the legislation.
Describe (and then assess) the processes that the child support agency uses, then go onto discuss relevant case studies (try and get some for and against ones) and then some up your argument.
I don't know much about the CSA, but I hope this helps. If all else fails ring someone at CSA tomorrow.

Try your text books, or the law socirty website or make some up (last resort)
