Hey Everyone,

I have a couple of questions that I am not really sure of,

1. I want to study medicine, When will be the final time to finalise my preferences for uac.
2. I choose medicine for my top three preferences, but I am worried that what if I don't get the Atar. Then how long will I have to change my preferences.
3. Also in the Uac, it says you have about 14 of january to change your options for the main round. What does the main round mean, I don't understand when will be the best round if I wanted to do medical science advanced at uws.
4. For medicine, what would be all the alternative degrees I can apply for, I know medical science is one of the options.

Thanks,

Please answer them in that order.

Regards,

1, 2. ATAR comes out in Mid December. So you have about a month to change your preferences. If your med school requires interviews and you haven't received an interview offer by their final date then you can change your preferences.
3. Main round means when they release the majority of their offers.
4. All health sciences are alternatives. Optometry, dietitian, physiotherapy etc.
