Hey guys well my enrolment for UWS - B Business nd Commerce is tomorrow so im kinda stuck with a dilemma atm. I also got B Information Tech @ Macq today. Not being too keen on uws would it be hard for me to do B IT for 1 semester nd then change over to B Ebiz the next semester? or would it be best for me to stay here doin biz @ UWS?

i'm confused... you said you got BIT from macq and BBUSCOM from uws, your asking if it would be best for you to stay at macq doing business? but i thought you got BIT from macq....

as for your other question, yes ou can trasnfer after 1st semester from BIT to BeBUS after your first semester provided you have done 12 credit points and have a gpa of 2.5.

to trasnfer from BIT to BA at macq, i think you are granted automatic trasnfer and have a pass average.

MACQ uni doesn't have BA Informatics so i take it you want to transfer to BA Informatics at USYD? if thats the case, you would need to complete a full year of study at MACQ and gain a credit average to be in with a chance. But then again you will be competing with this year's cohort and entry might be much more competitive (i think BA Informatics jumped around 6 points this year), so then you might need a distinction average to guarantee yourself a spot!

i meant should i just stay at UWS nd do B Biz Comm. Whats the best thing to do here? btw if i did B IT i think id get some exemptions? cause i did IT nd IPT at school?
Would it be too difficult to go from B IT to BeBus? (the units you do are similar right?)
nd what would 12 credit points require?

The choice of your university is upto you, i'd personally choose Mac. Simply cos UWS is too far from me and other reasons .

No you wouldn't get exemptions, the BIT does assume you did IT/IPT/SDD etc at high school. No it's not difficult to go to the BeBus from BIT. 12 credit points referred to one semester of full time study which is approx 4 subjects.

well the uws wouldnt be too far for me to travel
say from livo to cambeltown
but macq would require me to travel quite abit
what do you think would be best to do?

i'd pick MACQ as well, but since you have to travel as far as me, maybe uws won't be so bad.
