So my atar was 75.10, with EAS its 80.10. The cut off for computer science and tech is 80.15

I'd say there is a chance, but however it is the late round. So you may not get one.

For the late round offers, that course's ATAR requirement was 80.55, but there are still vacancies.

Goodness sake..if you cant get into USyd for Computer Science...do remember there's heaps other universities in NSW offering a Computer Science or IT degree
