usyd has internal transfers? (1 Viewer)

does anyone know if there is an internal transfer scheme within the eco and biz faculty. ? or if there isnt ... are there any preferences towards those students current studying at usyd? eg. (b.eco to b.comm) when appliying though UAC for transfers?

there is an internal transfer scheme of sorts (not 100% sure) within the faculy of economics and business. i remember hearing at the open day earlier in january that at the end of first year (not sure) the faculty will allow students to transfer between economics to commerce based upon 50% of your UAI and 50% of your university grade point average. however, the number of spots available to transfer are extremely limited (about 2-3), so the chances of a transfer are dependent on having a pretty good GPA and UAI in comparison to others attempting to transfer

I thought that internal transfers don't exist anymore? All transfers now have to go through UAC. (except at Macquarie)
