its run by the HTA (History Teachers Association) and are supposed to be pretty good. theres stuff on Germany and Cold War as well as on all the WWI stuff -- money needs to be in by Tuesday.

its covering a whole heap of topics including some stuff on russia, some indochina, some study techniques and stuff...plus theres a saturday session thats mainly history extention

our school goes every year, its supposed to be really good, especially the cold war

They do. We have the notes for WWI and abit of Germany I think... I still wish we went so I can take my own notes

I went today.

The albert speer guy was really good. B.Bennet was his name. Also the guy who did Germany 1918-1933.

The others were a bit repetitive

I went on Friday. Went to Indochina, Using Sources, Peace and Russia. I thought it was really good. Using Sources wasnt that great and Peace was shit boring. I shouldve gone to Trotsky with the other half of my class instead of peace, coz it was the same guy who did Russia and I thought he was excellent. Overall, it was good.

I went to the cold war one on Saturday - and damn was that absolutely fantastic!!! I forgot his name he has been a HSC marker for about 35 yrs i think. I cant remember but he teaches at Baulkham Hills High School. He was full of energy and was obviously passionate. He didnt talk to us about things we could find in text books which was great as he told us that we have to concentrate on cause and effect (not a narrative). i would rate him 200 out of 100 - all the way!!!! Everyone was so imersed they didnt want to take notes!!!
