does anyone know how strict uts law cut off is? ik the atar is a 96 but if i got below for e.g. 95 would i still have a chance? i'm not eligible for any extra points.

No since there are niggas with atar's higher than 96 who apply for law they ain't letting someone below that with no selection points get in
