how does this vacancies thing and late round offers work??
for example, say i didnt get into my 1st pref and i got into my 2nd (1st pref has a higher uai cutoff than my 2nd), do i automatically be in the late round offers? and they will send u a letter?? or do i hav to tell them or something lol. btw, my 1st preference has a V next to it

someone plz help me!!
thanks

If you got your 2nd pref, I believe you will be automatically considered for your first preference, I think, though maybe you might want to delete your 2nd preference or something. If your UAI is under the main round cutoff, then you may not have a good chance for late round as the UAIs for that round usually go up, but still try.

As for Dingo2004. I believe you can apply for any course without a personal statement (not too sure). The personal statement just gives you a bit of a boost thats all. I don't think they'd look at personal statements for the late round, so just try anyways. Remember the UAIs will probably go up though for the late round, but give it a go anyways.
