As far as I know, I dont even think Vic has laws about p-platers driving turbos/high performance cars...
But since your car isnt even turbo'd, I dont think it should be an issue..
And it's not even listed as a high performance car even on the nsw "banned" list..

Better luck asking your road authorities.. whatever it is in Vic..
