Yep.

$u = \ln(3x) \Rightarrow du = \frac{3 dx}{3x} \Rightarrow dx = x du$

$\int \frac{1}{u^2} du$
$- u^{-1} + C$
$- \frac{1}{\ln(3x)} + C$
