Textual form is what it implies: the form in which the text is created. I don't do Frontline, but I believe this would be the form of film, a television show, and how this influences the way the composer constructs the text. For example, in speeches, a composer may choose to use statistics, as a speech is a snapshot of history and, generally, is considered to be fairly reputable. Statistics add to reliability which is already inherently part of a speech.

a newspaper article, a poem, a novel and an essay are all different forms of the same type of medium - print medium. A film, a series, a newsreport, a current affairs program are all different forms but all visual media.

In reality - this stuff has some relevance to all modules etc but particularly important for you to consider with 'truth' cause it's about what form lends what sort of credibility, authority, accessibility etc

frontline - television series for sure but it's not a drama. It's whole M.O. is comedy, satire, parody, lampooning etc.
