Not hardest perhaps, but one with a great variety of q's which frequently go out of the scope of the syllabus.

I don't really "use" one particular textbook, but "use" a variety of notes from various places including my teacher and myself.

I used jones and couchman...its pretty good but there are some stuff that is just not enough so i use other textbooks such as excel and maths in focus and studymate. I think theyre all pretty good...even the maths in focus!!

I use coroneous. I find it really hard to understand, but the questions are pretty good.

at school we mostly use jones and couchmann but for some topics such as exponentials and logs, geo app of calculus and locus chapters, we use maths in focus instead. as an extra, i use fitzy and phoenix if i have time.

Oh Maragaret

Unfortunately our school uses Maths in Focus too..I say unfortunately because Margaret often doesn't supply adequate variety in her exercises, and we have the old, non-revised edition, so there are numerous mistakes throughout :chainsaw:

Same here. Some aspects of the Jones and Couchmann are rather dodgy and they don't give extended answers at the back (e.g. graphs, explanations etc). So we resort to other textbooks such as Fitzpatrick, Maths in Focus and Coroneous. I wouldn't call it good when it comes to explaining concepts, but its good because of its exercises which vary widely in difficulty. It's useful for practice in my opinion.
