Whats in the physics course.. basically wat do u learn? my teacher is talking about at wat angles satellites orbit the earth etc.. im not to keen on this subject! please tel me he was lying or on some kinda drugs when he mentioned this! How is it different to prelim? do u recommend physics HSC course?

Well, i suggest u go nd download the HSC syllabus 2 find out really whats in the course 4 the HSC.

the type of learning u'll do is quite similar to prelim phys - not that many calculations (but enough).. but there's much more emphasis on the social aspects of physics - how this and this impacts society and the environment, the advantages, disadvantages of this and this. basically it's a LOT of memorising.. and as for the angles - don't get too worried.. there are quite a few of those odd topics on phys that no-one really understands - and yet half the time it doens't matter cuz with a bit of rote learning u can fudge ur way thru any exam.
