- prevalence of condition
- priority population groups
- social justice principles
- costs to individuals
- costs to community
- potential for change

So yes, this question requires you to cover the syllabus area 'identifying priority areas' or whatever it is

Don't forget to do a short paragraph on what cancer is and its current trend. Relate all those points to the two major questions used for determining a priority area; What is the extent of the burden placed on society? & What potential is there for the burden to be decreased?

Remember to include current statistics regarding the NHPA. eg. Cancer is the second leading cause of death in Australia. The markers will look for the evidence that you've used to back up your information.
