Hey guys, I'm a little stuck for a "personal interpretation" of Lear. Are we sposed to just borrow elements of other interpretations or come up with a totally new one? Cos personally, I can't find anything new in the play to talk about. What are you guys writing about? Thanks <3

You don't have to have your own reading. You can just talk about other productions and critical responses.
Some people think that making up your own is good, and it might be, but you don't need it.

What you have to do is impose your own opinion - whether it be littered throughout or in the conclusion, talk about which reading you favour or which you think is better. Don't be overly systematic and mechanical about it. Good luck!
